The 9.8:1 compression ratio helps the engine deliver approximately 100 horsepower. A shaft-drive, five-speed transmission delivers the engine's power to the rear wheel.

• The front suspension consists of an inverted fork angled at 45 degrees with 5.1 inches of travel. Dual shock absorbers and a five-position reload spring system in the rear allow the rider to manually adjust the suspension to meet specific road conditions. The rear travel is 4.7 inches.
