A natural anxiety treatment would include, in my view,3 essential simultaneous parts in order to be successful at treating an anxiety disorder.
I must say that I was prone to anxiety and panic attacks for a few years of my life and, having experimented with various ways of treating anxiety, I have come to certain conclusions: Yes, a natural anxiety treatment would include, 3 essential simultaneous parts.
The first componentwould be the regular intake of supplements for anxiety, herbs and vitamins specifically formulated for this condition in order to replenish the body with nutrients lost due to the chronic stress which might have led to the anxiety in the first place The second component would be exercises, but although any form of physical exercise is beneficial for alleviating the condition of anxiety as it brings the person into feeling their body thereby re-establishing some form of balance in the body/mind, I would still rather advise psycho-physical exercises in order to learn to know one's being more deeply and for the effects to be lasting as a form of psycho-physical therapy.
By the way, psycho-physical exercises are physical movements in which one brings one's attention to the breath and to our mind direction, ie what our mind is focusing on (really simple directions actually, but any difficulty is in remembering to do it, that's all, an exercise that reduces stress.

Also, in doing so, the mind is used to bring about that wholeness, switching its attention from problems to present bodily feeling, thereby limiting possible anxiety and panic attacks more and more with practice.
The third ingredient of a natural anxiety treatment would be a cognitive behavioural audio coaching method for anxiety and panic attacks sufferers to find out the causes of generalized anxiety disorder and find ways to prevent such imbalance happening again...
