How to Build Muscle Quick - Or Ending the Workout With a Pump

2
I am a big believer in the fact that a muscle that pumps easy is a muscle that grows easy.
Conversely if you ask any bodybuilder about stubborn body parts, chances are they will tell you that they have never been able to get a really good pump in that particular muscle.
One of the ways to combat this is to try and do everything possible to end your workout with a pump.
I do not want to mention any names, but there is a popular training method out now that does just this.
However, you do not need any fancy sounding system to force a particular muscle to pump up to massive proportions.
No.
VARIOUS PUMP METHODS One of the absolute best ways to get a pump in a muscle is to do high reps, so for the sake of this article we will assume that it is your biceps that do not pump easily.
O.
K.
So you have finished your workout, now what.
Grab a barbell with a small amount of weight on it or some dumbbells that you know you can handle.
Then just go to town.
Do as many reps as you can, but do not just mindlessly do rep after rep, no, focus on squeezing the biceps hard at the top of each rep.
Really make the biceps work.
As an aside, this could be you problem if you just cannot seem to get a great pump in your biceps.
You are using too much weight and are more worried about moving the weight from point A to point B than actually using your biceps to lift the weight.
Remember your biceps do not care how much you lift, so do not worry about how much weight is on the bar.
Up next...
Is something I call beating the clock, and for this example we will use the biceps again.
Take a barbell that contains enough weight so that you can do ten to fifteen solid reps with it, now pick a number, we will use one-hundred, this is how many reps you want to get in a certain amount of time.
We will say ten minutes.
So in ten minutes you need to do one-hundred reps, but they must be good solid reps, no excessive cheating or swinging.
Yes, you can, and should need multiple sets to reach your target number of reps.
By the time you are done, if you picked the correct weight, your biceps will not only be pumped to the max but completely toasted as well.
CONCLUSION I know the science behind getting a great muscle pump, you help flush nutrient rich blood into the muscle.
But I am not worried about the science, all I know is that a muscle that pumps easy grows easy-and to be honest-is there any better way to leave the gym than with a pair of fully pumped up biceps.
No chance! GET PUMPING
