Adding Visual Voice Mail

• 1). Download the Visual Voice Mail application on your phone by scrolling to your messaging menu and choosing the Visual Voice Mail link.
  
  
• 2). Wait until Visual Voice Mail is completely downloaded, then launch the application.
  
  
• 3). Use the same PIN from your standard Voice Mail system as the password.
  
  
• 4). Confirm your subscription when prompted, accepting the terms and conditions.
  
  
• 5). Wait five minutes, then launch Visual Voice Mail.
  
  

Upgrading To Premium Voice Mail

• 1). Visit the Verizon Wireless website and sign into your account.
  
  
• 2). Select "My Services," then click on "My Plan" on the next page.
  
  
• 3). Choose the phone line to which you are adding the new feature.
  
  
• 4). Click on "Add/Remove" features and select "Premium Voice Mail."
  
  
• 5). Enter the account security code to approve and finalize the transaction.
