The Spartan workout is tough.
It was responsible for what got the cast of 300 into the insane shape that they were in for the movie.
I will give you some big tips to try and help you get huge muscles.
My first tip to getting huge muscles would be to try and have a routine.
The 300 actors always made sure they had a routine.
Without having a routine it is hard to try and keep going to the gym.
If you do not have a routine then you will also not be focused.
You will go to the gym and spend most of the time wondering what you should do.
This means that you spend most of your hours in the gym wondering what to do next.
I would always advise to break down the gym into three different sessions.
Try and organize a workout a, b and c.
This means that workout A can be chest and triceps.
Workout B can be back and biceps and workout C can be shoulders and legs.
You will also need to make sure that you get enough rest and recovery time.
If you go to the gym too much especially when starting out then you will end up not giving your muscles enough time to recover.
You should make sure that you do not go more than five times a week when starting the gym.
Also make sure that you leave at least one to two days rest between working the same muscle.
So if you work your biceps on Monday wait till Wednesday or Thursday till you work them again.
