Beach Body Workout
I know you guys out there want to look good this summer, but believe me when I say we only have a limited amount of summers, so use them.
My point is do your pre- season work so you don't have to spent your summers in the gym.
Rather spend them on the beach having a blast.
So get your work done and have the time of your life.
Here is a couple of things you guys can do to stay in shape this summer.
(1) Try to get your workout done in the morning.
I know this is not always easy in the summer but if you do it first thing then it is done and the day is yours.
Then you can go surf, have a few beers or hang out with your friends.
(2) Do not do cardio if you are going to be active later in the day.
For example, if you are going surfing for 3 hours let the cardio go.
Remember its summer have fun and adapt your workout.
(3) If you think you are picking up weight in the summer then do a double workout once a week.
Do a gym session in the morning and a nice cardio session in the afternoon.
The cardio could be a run on the beach.
(4) Even on the days you don't workout try to break a sweat.
This should be a general rule to your life.
Go for a walk in the mountain, go for a swim or play soccer.
Just try to get that heart rate up everyday.
(5) Remember not to take yourself to seriously, especially on your vacation and summer time.
Relax and let some steam off.
Even if you do pick up some weight there is always time to shake it off after your break.
So take these basics with you this summer and go have some fun.
