How to Remove Ink on Seat
- 1). Blot the upholstery with paper towels to lift the excess ink, removing as much as possible. Always use fresh paper towels to prevent transferring ink back onto the furniture.
- 2). Apply dry cleaning solvent to a clean, non-dyed cloth. Follow the manufacturer's directions on the solvent's label.
- 3). Blot the remaining ink stain with the cloth until the furniture absorbs all of the solvent. Always use a clean section of cloth to prevent reapplying ink to the affected furniture.
- 4). Dampen another non-dyed cloth with warm water. Blot the upholstery with the damp cloth to rinse out the dry cleaning solvent.
