Dividing Up Your Body to Build PRIME MUSCLE - 4 Easy Hints

24
There are several ways to approach your initial workouts as you build your PRIME MUSCLE.
But I've found that the easiest way to get started is to clarify what your initial goals are and dive right in.
Take a good, long, hard look at what it is you want to change or achieve and set your mind to accomplishing that goal.
Dividing up your body really means to compartmentalize your fitness goals and then go from there.
For example, if you're looking to build up your chest and arms you would focus more on the pecs, biceps and triceps.
Your back, you would focus on the lats, upper and lower trapezius, etc.
My point here is that it's up to you to decide to which body part you want to emphasize and make a commitment to learn what it is you need to do to do.
Regardless of which body part you decide to work on, there's one thing you really have to remember and that is that everything works together.
Yep, that's right, just like that song you learned when you were a kid, "the leg bone's connected to the knee bone" and so on, it's really true in life.
Your body is an amazing combination of highly organized muscles, tendons, neurons and senses all firing, stretching, contracting and responding in an orchestration initiated by guess who? Yep, that would be YOU! Now comes the fun part, actually getting to work on those areas you've chosen.
And let's start by picking the most common muscle group that everyone works on, the CHEST.
Here are four simple moves to get you started: 1.
Bench press 2.
Incline Fly 3.
Decline Fly 4.
Cable cross-over These are all common moves used in gyms universally and easily explained by any available Trainer.
Now remember, we've singled out the chest area and these are the four basic moves to get you started.
Just doing these four will get you well on your way to developing your chest into something you can be proud of.
The point I'm trying to make is that you can pick and chose how general or precise you would like to be in your own overall work-outs.
For every muscle group there are a myriad number of exercises that you can do, with or without equipment.
(It's always good to remember that you don't have to be in a gym to work out.
Ever done any push-ups outside? On the beach?) Now you're getting it! Oh, and one last thing! Try to work your ENTIRE body as much as possible.
We all have "problem" areas that we like to focus on but there is another side to this.
And the best way of illustrating this is by being aware of what everyone around you is doing.
You're going to see at least one guy who has the most amazing chest and arms but if he should ever wear shorts, how can I put this nicely, he has Chicken Legs! He's completely ignored his legs and overdeveloped his upper body.
He has no symmetry, the top doesn't match the bottom.
Don't let this happen to you! Make a conscious effort to keep everything in balance and you'll be fine, mighty fine.
