What Are the Best Chest Exercises?
The majority of men want a muscular chest.
I am sure you are one of those men.
I am going to give you 3 amazing exercises for your chest, I used them and they worked great.
#1: Dumbbell flat press: Lie flat on your back preferably on a workout out bench.
You should be holding 2 dumbbells, one in each hand.
You can choose what weight the dumbbell is.
Lift both arms at the same time so there straight and touch dumbbells, once you've done this then come back down and then go up again.
This works the thickness of your pecks! #2 Incline dumbbell press: This is One of the Best Chest Exercises and its exactly the same as the dumbbell flat press except your bench is at an incline.
You're still doing all the same movements.
This works on the top part of your pecks! #3 Push up: I can assume that you have all heard of a push up and know how to do it, but did you know what part of the body you're working on? You're working the chest muscles and when your hands are closer, then the more you're working the inner part of your pecks.
So if you do the triangle push up then you're going to working the inner part of your chest, this is harder because it this part of your chest is weaker.
The wider your push up is then the more you're working on the outer part of your chest.
This is easier because this part of your chest is stronger.
I hope this has helped you, these are the best chest exercises, and there are many more...
