Want to Be Healthy - Find Out What Not To Eat
Bottom line for eating a really healthy diet is that you have to start with the simple premise of eating real food.
What I mean by real food is, food that has not been adulterated to a point where it is no longer a healthy food to eat.
When you or I go into a regular everyday super market like Safeway or Walmart or most any mainstream super market, we are going to find that a vast amount of the foods being offered for sale are not foods that will support our good health.
We are talking about highly refined, mass produced foods that have been changed so much from what mother nature intended that they are now merely food like substances.
There is generally no nutritional value in these foods.
There are no enzymes, no antioxidants, no vitamins and minerals that our bodies can actually recognize and use.
When we buy highly mass processed meats, we are getting way too much added chemicals in the way of hormones, preservatives, not to mention the totally adulterated corn that factory cows and pigs are fed.
It's actually not really even corn anymore.
Its a laboratory created substance that causes high cholesterol and other issues when you eat a lot of it.
Even commercial farm raised fish are often fed corn.
Fast food chains tend to be big buyers of the these highly refined food like substances and mass produced meats.
That's why it is common knowledge that eating fast food regularly is a one way ticket to all kinds of health problems, diabetes type 2 being one of the big ones, not to mention heart disease etc.
Too much dairy also is not good for being healthy.
Man was not meant to drink mass amounts of cows milk, it's supposed to be for baby cows.
Also the milk products from factory dairy cows are also tainted with chemicals and additives that lead to health problems.
I am not saying that eating any of the factory and industrial mass produced and mass refined foods are going to kill you if you eat a little once in a while.
Especially if most of the time you are eating fresh foods like fruits and veggies, wild caught fish, maybe grass fed meats.
And you don't eat too much food at a sitting.
The real problem lately is people are over eating way too much of all the wrong types of foods.
Obesity is through the roof and all the health problems that go with it are a huge part of the break down of our health care system and the insane cost of health care.
