How to Synchronize a Mac to a Blackberry
- 1). Open your computer's web browser. Visit the Blackberry Desktop Software for Mac site and download the desktop manager for Mac computers (see Resources).
- 2). Double-click the installation wizard when the download is complete. Follow the prompts of the installation wizard to complete the installation of the desktop manager.
- 3). Connect the Blackberry to the data cable, and plug the USB end into the USB port of the Mac. Double-click the desktop manager icon on the desktop to open the program.
- 4). Click "Sync" in the upper right corner of the screen of the desktop manager. A list of programs with which you can sync the phone will populate. Select the programs you want, and click "OK." Wait for the sync to finish. The desktop manager will display a message when the sync is complete.
