• There are multiple Bluetooth headsets that are compatible with the iPhone. In fact, almost all headsets should work, and if they don't seem to, it probably is because of a setting on your iPhone. Below are three recommended headset choices.
  
  1. Jawbone---This headset is usually sold in AT&T stores along with the iPhone. It comes in a variety of colors, and also is known for something called "noise assassin" technology. This means it is easy to hear the person on the other end of the phone even though you are wearing just an earpiece. This is a more expensive headset than some of the others on the market, but is usually considered to be worth the investment.
  
  2. Motorola---This mid-range priced headset also is compatible with the iPhone. Any headset made by Motorola should work with the iPhone. This headset comes in various styles and colors and ranges from a low-priced option to more expensive models. This headset's main selling point is that it is lightweight and easy to use. Motorola headsets also have fairly good audio quality for the price.
  
  3. Apple---If you are looking to keep your purchase within the Apple family, this may be a good option for you. Unlike the other two headsets, this design does not include a stabilization earpiece, so it may have a better chance of getting knocked out of your ear while in use. Because this device is made by iPhone, it pairs with it very easily. It also has the bonus of coming with a special dock that charges both the headset and the iPhone. Because of these additional pieces that come with the headset, it is a little more pricey.
  
  

How to Pair a Headset to Your IPhone

• Pairing your new headset to an iPhone is easy. Simply follow the instructions included with your headset.
  
  Typically this involves holding down a button on the headset while you allow your iPhone to search for the new device. To make sure your iPhone is ready to receive the wireless signal your headset will send, go to "Settings," "General Settings," and make sure the "Bluetooth" option is set to "On."
  
  

Benefits of Using a Headset

• Hands-free use is a safer way to talk while driving a car. A Bluetooth headset allows the user to talk on the phone, while still allowing them to use both hands for driving.
