Nutrition is Important For Hardgainers
Some bodybuilders are what we refer to as "hardgainers" (or hard gainers), and if you're reading this article, it's probably YOU.
So you already know the importance of nutrition, right? Let's explore.
You have a difficult time putting on muscle mass, and nutrition absolutely sets the stakes (or steaks) on how much you're going to gain.
If you're doing the weight training exercises correctly and doing it enough, we simply must look at the nutrition.
It's 50-50.
You need supplements and you need to eat enough good foods to grow.
You MUST train your body to be ABLE to process more nutrients from the foods you eat by gradually increasing your daily calories.
In this manner, you can build up all of your body's systems to use and metabolize food much more efficiently.
Do you want to become a fat-burning, muscle-building MACHINE? Look to your nutrition, my fellow hardgainer.
Yep, that's right.
I went almost an entire year with no results when I first started.
Nutrition.
What I tried to do was increase my muscle mass by performing insanely difficult workout, only burning myself out.
See, that would be fine if I were taking in - processing correctly, actually - enough nutrients.
It's all for naught if you're...
well...
not.
Unless proper nutrition is there to help you recover, you essentially will NEVER recover from your workouts.
Get in the habit of taking enough supplements, eating enough protein - especially after workouts, and please start taking in more and more calories to give your body the energy it needs to recover.
Soon you will no longer be called a "hardgainer"!
