How to Make a Balloon Picture Using Fingerprints
Kids both young and old will enjoy this fun, yet simple, fingerprint art project.
The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

Lay the piece of paper down on your work surface.
Pour the paint into a shallow dish. Dip a finger in the paint and make fingerprints to represent balloons. Make as many or few balloons as you like in a variety of colors.
Once the paint dries, cut short piece of yarn and glue them onto the fingerprint balloons. If desired, you can use markers to draw a circus picture around the balloons.
