Convert Fat to Muscle
It can be difficult to know how to tone your body and convert fat to muscle.
I've written the following article to help inform you of how to convert fat to muscle.
Don't forget that before doing any additional, strenuous exercise you should consult your doctor to make sure you're in fit health to do this.
I hope the following article helps, remember that this is my advice but you may find a better exercise pattern that suits your needs.
Reduce your calories- For your abs to show you need to reduce your fat.
This is done by increasing the calories being burned.
By reducing your calorie intake by a few hundred calories each day this should gradually reduce the fat without shocking the body.
You should in theory lose 1-2lbs a week.
Good Protein- Many people do not understand what is good protein when trying to lose weight or become leaner.
Protein also helps your body recover from a hard work out (which you'll be doing to get your muscle).
Don't forget you need 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight per day.
If you find it difficult to consume that much protein you can always try protein bars or shakes.
Essential Fats- Although as everyone knows too much fat isn't healthy, some fats in your diet are vital.
Fish is high in Omega 3 fats which are great for your health.
Avocados, nuts and olive oil are also good.
Quality Carbs- Once your protein and fats are taken care of you need to look at your carb intake.
Reduce high sugar foods like cakes, bars and coke.
Increase your intake of fruits and veg.
Don't forget that if you get your health and food right you should be then able to exercise little and often and convert fat to muscle.
