How To Use Halodrol

• 1). Take three Halodrol liquigels once daily or one liquigel three times per day.
  
  
• 2). For effective absorption, take the liquigels with a meal (preferably one containing fat). Drink up to a gallon or more of water each day.
  
  
• 3). Use Halodrol liquigels for six weeks, followed by a 30-day layoff. If this is not your first time using an ergogenic aid, you can use a longer cycle, such as eight weeks.
  
  
• 4). To make the most of your Halodrol cycle, do not skip any training sessions. If you feel excessively tired or otherwise overtrained, incorporate an extra rest day if necessary, but try to remain on schedule throughout the cycle.
