How to Know When iTouch Is Charged
- 1). Connect the iTouch to a charging cord and plug the cord into the wall to charge your device. If you want, there are also charging stands that you can purchase that you can slide the iTouch into for charging. A new iTouch needs to be charged for eight hours to set the battery life. After the first charge, you don't need to leave one plugged in that long.
- 2). Check the the charge of your iTouch while it is plugged in by touching the round button at the bottom of the screen. When an iTouch is first plugged in it will flash a battery screen indicating that it is now charging. The screen will then go blank after a few seconds. By pushing the round button, your bring the battery indicator screen back and are able to see the progress of the charge.
- 3). Remove the iTouch from the charger when the battery indicator is completely green. This means that the battery is charged fully and there is no longer any reason to have the iTouch connected to a power supply.
