How to Connect an Older Bose System to an iPod
- 1). Locate the input panel on the rear of your Bose system.
- 2). Connect the RCA end of the cable to the "Audio IN" ports on the Bose input panel and the other end to the iPod. Make note of which input you use to make the connection. For best results, plug the cables into an "Aux" "CD" or "Tape" input.
- 3). Turn the iPod on and adjust the volume to half the maximum capacity. Turn on the Bose system and press the input button to select the input you used to make the connection. The iPod is now connected to the Bose system.
