Weight Gain Advice for People That Have Tried Everything When It Comes to Gaining Weight
I am sure you're probably frustrated if you're reading this.
Gaining weight is one of the most difficult things to do.
Now for the majority of people they're actually lucky because they just need to lose weight.
I say that they're lucky because there is a lot more information, programs, etc.
on losing weight than there is on gaining a few extra pounds.
This is why you've basically gotta start doing what overweight people do.
The first thing is to try and slow down your metabolism as much as possible.
This is hard to do but eating a certain weigh is guaranteed to do it.
I recommend that you start out just by eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This way you'll eat less frequently.
Now you can eat more often but eating frequently also speeds up your metabolism too.
The next thing you need to do is try not to be so active.
More than likely you're probably a very active person.
Usually skinny people are active in all walks of life and this is why they can't gain weight.
This doesn't mean that you need to become a couch potato but you can't have it both ways either.
For example if you play basketball six days per week you might want to cut that down to two days.
Or if you like running or jogging a few times a week you're going to have a very difficult time gaining weight.
The last tip is to try my special weight gain formula where you multiply how much you weight by 20 and that will give you the amount of calories you need to eat to gain weight.
If you find that you're still not gaining add a few more calories to your daily intake.
So at 100 pounds you would need at least 2,000 calories over the course of a day.
