Heat a cast-iron griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Cut the lime in half and squeeze its juice over the avocado slices. - 2
Place a tortilla on the griddle and spread a layer of cheese evenly over it. Sprinkle a little salt on the avocado slices, and add a few of them on top of the cheese. - 3). Place a second tortilla directly on top of the first one. When the bottom tortilla is dark brown in spots and crispy, flip the quesadilla over to brown the other side.
