How to Identify the Mg of a Pill
- 1). Take the pill you would like to identify to a local pharmacy.
- 2). Ask to speak to the pharmacist on duty.
- 3). Show the pharmacist the pill you would like to identify and ask how many milligrams of medicine each pill contains. Provide the name of the drug to the pharmacist if you have it to make the identification easier.

- 2). Accept the terms of service by clicking I AGREE.
- 3). Type in the drug's name, or you may enter the letters or numbers on the pill. Select the pill's shape and color. Click SEARCH.
- 4). Compare your drug with the photos of the choices that appear. The mg of active ingredient will appear next to each choice.
