How to Create Delicious Meals
I grew up in a traditional Pakistani culture but was raised in America.
As you can guess I was exposed to many different ethnic groups while growing up.
My favorite experience was trying all the different types of food while out with my parents at their friends dinner parties.
Turkish koftas was and still is one of my favorite meals.
I have also had the pleasure of keeping a professional hotel cook in my Karachi home when I went back for the summer last year.
He taught me many things especially Chinese dishes since he worked in a Chinese restaurant.
He also new many Pakistani snacks and meal recipes.
He even learned how to make cheesecake from me! I plan to reveal his recipes in my further articles.
I hope you all enjoy these koftas as much as I do.
