Voice Broadcasting Benefits
Voice broadcasting has worked so well in our school district.
The teachers and administrators are able to reach all of the homes in our school district with reminder messages or info about upcoming events, fundraisers or safety instructions.
It has been an extremely efficient and economical way to market and inform.
It seems like this type of marketing or contacting would work well in any forum of business from business to business, retail sales, hospitals, churches, civic, to political campaigns.
The list could go on and on.
It definitely makes sense that it would be a cheaper way to reach the same amount of people.
A 30 second phone call that costs less than a penny compared to the prices with that go along with direct mail pieces.
The voice broadcasting that we have worked with allows a response to make sure all of the messages sent out have been received.
For example if we were not at home when the call came, the call would come again and if there were any messages we missed we were instructed to press a number and we would be given any missed or relative messages for our family.
It is very impressive with voice broadcasting you can set your messages up so they pin point a very specific target audience.
The same message can be sent out to 2000 different households, but of those households only 700 have seniors, instead of changing the whole message, you can just add a message for the seniors and leave instructions to press 1 if you have a senior and then that household would get the extended message.
Any type of selling or contacting or for business in general, reaching the masses without having to spend hours on the phone just sounds like the smart way to market.
