Shedding excess fat while acquiring muscle means much the same as converting fat to muscle.
Doing the one is the same as doing the other.
As you exercise and build muscle, you are expending energy as you acquire more, more muscle, you shed fat.
Even much later after your workout, when you are at rest, your muscles are still burning fat! If you actually are determined and committed to building your dream body, then let's briefly look at some great ways to quickly burn fat and build muscle.
These are derived from my long experience as a trainer.
You should try to follow them closely and the results would be sure to follow.
1.
Just before you begin your bodybuilding session, have at least a 30g protein shake; meat can also be a great substitute.
This would provide immediate nutrition for your muscles as they undergo the stresses of the workout.
2.
Be sure that your muscles are adequately warmed up.
Make full use of your muscle strength, push them to their limit.
This stress is important for their optimal growth and development.
3.
Try to make your workouts as rigorous as you can.
As we mentioned earlier, this constant strain forces your muscles to grow in size and improved capacity.
4.
Employ gradually increasing weights.
5.
Repeat 10-12 motions for each set of weights.
When you can easily do this, then it's time to move on to greater weights.
This keeps your muscles working as hard as possible.
6.
Include supersets in your workout sessions.
7.
Have a protein drink with carbohydrates.
Your muscles are now splitting up and tearing.
All mentioned above are quite easy things to do if you are serious about shedding fat and increasing your muscle mass.
