Dumbbell Training Options for Big Muscle Gains
There are 3 options for gaining big muscles with dumbbell training: JOINING A GYM.
This is really NOT necessary when it comes to dumbbell training.
At home dumbbell training can be done very easily and we will get to those options in a second.
Nevertheless, joining a gym is an option too.
They will likely have all the dumbbells you need for your training.
Plus they will have regular and incline benches you can use with your dumbbells.
But, there's a huge disadvantage with dumbbells and gyms: too crowded! The dumbbell rack tends to be the most crowded part of a gym (because dumbbells work so well for building muscle), and it will happen eventually: you will try to find a particular weight and someone else will not only be using it, but they will be hogging it.
Always happens at gyms and it is very, very frustrating.
BUY DUMBBELL HANDLES.
These are great.
They are handles which you can put individual plate weights on.
They are an excellent and cheap option.
When you need to increase your weight, simply go out and buy a couple of 2.
5 plates, or 5 pound plates.
With handles and plate weights, you basically have your own mini gym.
Add a chair or a bench and you are set.
You can do most everything with this setup that you can do with bells in a gym.
DUMBBELL RACK.
Another at home option is getting a dumbbell rack.
The modern at home racks are incredibly convenient.
They are basically one set of bells and with a push of a button on the rack you can actually change the weights.
They don't take up hardly any room and are very effective muscle building tools.
When you have your own rack right in front of you with all the weight you need and push of a button functionality, then there are NO excuses why you can't fit in the time to get a good muscle building workout in.
