Burn Fat, Build Muscle and Look Good

3
I am pretty sure that most of us want to look good.
My desire is to not only look good but feel good and be fit.
One of the key things we need to do in order to fulfill this desire is to burn fat and build muscle.
There are some that say that you cannot fat burn and at the same time build muscle.
I disagree with that.
It can be done especially if you do these three things to get started.
  1. Get started on the correct nutritional plan.
If you are going to burn fat and build muscle you will need to eat the proper nutritional foods.
Eat food with quality protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats.
That is right there is such a thing as healthy fat and your body needs it to succeed in fat burning.
You will also want to eat smaller portions more times a day.
Eat five to six times a day keeping approximately two hours between meals and your metabolism will burn excess fat of your bones.
  2. Use interval cardio training.
So often we do the same old same old when it comes to cardiovascular exercises.
We may walk, jog or bicycle the same every time we do cardio.
You will do much better to burn fat and build muscle if you vary the speed in which you do these types of exercises.
Basically walk a mile and then run for thirty seconds then walk again and continue to vary this as you walk.
When I ride my exercise bike I like to peddle steady for two minutes then peddle hard for one minute and alternate these as I ride.
It is amazing how much faster I get results than if I just ride steady.
Give it a try but work up slowly because it can get pretty intense.
  3. Finally use a good resistance training routine.
If you really want to fat burn and build muscle then you need to have a decent resistance training program set up so that you are building those muscle.
If you stick to a system three to four times a week you will build muscle over your entire body as you burn fat with a higher metabolism.
You will want to make sure that your calorie intake is increased some so that you do not burn muscle but build it.
You do need to make sure that you give your muscles a chance to rest from time to time.
Resistance training actually breaks down your muscle and when they rest they come back together stronger.
Bottom line is that in order to burn fat and build muscle you need to implement these three things into your lifestyle.
You will not be disappointed if you do.
