Fast Six Pack Abs - How to Get Six Pack Abs Fast
No matter what time of year it is we'd all like to know how to get fast six pack abs.
In January we start with good intentions, but that beach holiday creeps up on us and before we know it we haven't got long and we're not much closer to getting that six pack to show off on the beach.
So how can we get a six pack fast? Here's 3 things you can do: 1/ Lose Body Fat Fast Ever see those guys or gals who never work out but still have abs? They've likely got very low body fat so their six pack abs are revealed with little to no work.
What this means for you is that by shredding off your belly fat you can achieve fast six pack abs.
You see, everyone has a six pack, it's normally just hiding under excess fat.
Burn that fat off and you'll reveal it.
2/ Exercise You'll want to make sure you incorporate 2 types of exercise into your workouts in order to get six pack abs fast - cardio to burn off the fat and reveal the six pack abs; and "isolation" exercises to specifically work those abdominal muscles and get that "chiselled" look.
The cardio can consist of running, cycling, or any other high-intensity activity that will burn the fat from your abs.
Whatever you do you'll want to make sure you're reaching the correct heart rate and level of intensity to burn fat - known as your fat-burning zone, this can be worked out using the Karvonen formula (there's loads of free calculators on the internet), which takes into account your age, resting heart rate, etc.
If you don't reach this level of intensity it will take you a lot longer to burn fat as you'll not be burning so many calories.
The isolation exercises should include various incline sit-ups, crunches, side crunches, and air bike crunches.
Leg raises where your body is supported are also excellent for getting six pack abs fast.
3/ Diet Many people like to make diets really complicated...
you can eat this, you can't eat that, blah blah blah.
At the end of the day what is important is that you burn more calories than you consume.
After all, you could run 2 marathons but if you still ate more calories than you burn off, then you'll still be fat.
You need to create a caloric deficit, which is this offset between what you consume and what you burn.
That's why the cardio mentioned in the previous section is so important...
without it you'll not burn off the belly fat and reveal the six pack abs fast, no matter how many isolation exercises you do.
