    • 1). Sterilize the bottle. Uncap it and the bottle and the cap into cool water and heat to boiling. Allow the water to boil for about 1 minute and then reduce the heat. Remove the bottle and cap when the water cools and place upside down to drain.

    • 2). Mix the oils in your glass bottle. Add 2 tbsp. of jojoba oil, 3 tbsp. of sweet almond oil and 1 tsp. of vitamin E oil. For relaxation, add 5 drops of frankincense essential oil, 5 drops of petitgrain essential oil and 20 drops of lavender essential oil.

    • 3). Seal the lid on the bottle and shake the oils lightly. Shake the bottle gently 2 or 3 times each day to blend the aromas.
