How to Dry Mint Tea
- 1). Gather the harvested mint into bunches.
- 2). Tie the mint together with string.
- 3). Hang the mint upside down in a warm, dark place with good air ventilation. Air ventilation is critical, otherwise the mint may become moldy.
- 4). Check on the mint in a week or two. If the leaves crumble easily, the mint is dry and the leaves are ready to crush to use in tea or to store for future use.
