Fastest Way to Gain Muscle Mass? 3 Keys to Get Extremely Ripped

1
So what is the fastest way to gain muscle mass? I'll give you a hint--almost everybody gets it wrong.
Here are 3 keys on how to become ripped fast.
KEY #1) Do Multi-joint" exercises Most people focus on "isolation" or "single joint" exercises that only workout one muscle group...
but this is a mistake.
Multi joint (compound) exercises give you far better results for the same amount of effort.
What are the best "multi-joint" exercises? The squat is hands down the best.
A lot of people stay away from this one because it's very exhausting...
but there is no greater exercise for strengthening both the lower and upper body.
If you are serious about getting ripped fast then this will be a very important part of your arsenal.
You might get ripped without doing it but I guarantee your results will not be as good.
The deadlift is another one that works out both the upper and lower body, and really strengthens the back as well.
Besides the squat, this might be the fastest way to gain muscle mass.
KEY #2) Fewer workouts is better When you do multi-joint exercises you don't have to do nearly as many.
If you do single joint exercises you have to perform at least 7-10 to get a "full body workout".
But when you just focus on the squat, deadlift and bench press, you will still get a whole body workout...
but with far fewer exercises.
What's the right number of exercises per workout? 1-3...
and 1 is ideal.
KEY #3) Avoid "high repetition" strength training In addition to doing fewer exercises, less repetitions is key.
This will allow you to have more energy to put into each and every rep, and therefore be more effective.
High repetition training is good for building endurance but not for getting ripped quickly.
If you remember nothing else...
Remember that less is more when it comes to working out.
More time in the gym does not translate to better results, and the opposite is usually true.
This is the fastest way to gain muscle mass fast.
