Safety first

• 1). Ensure sure that your Winstrol V is not out of date. Only use a sterile syringe still in its sealed package. Scrub your hands with an antibacterial soap and warm water. Wipe down the needle, vial and the injection site with isopropyl rubbing alchol.

  Injection site on the thigh
  
  Put the liquid into the syringe. If your Winstrol V comes in an ampule, you will need to snap off the top part of this glass container. It is easier to do if you first score it with a metal file. Once you have removed the top, place the needle against the glass at the bottom of the liquid. Then, with steady pressure, slowly pull back on the syringe stopper until all of the liquid is in the syringe.
  
  If your Winstrol V comes in a stopper-topped vial, you will first need to increase the air pressure inside of the vial. Pull back on the syringe plunger until it is full of air. Then stick the needle through the stopper top (but not into the liquid) and expel all of the air. You may have to repeat this several times to achieve a high enough air pressure in the vial.
  
  Next, take a brand new needle and insert it into the vial. Turn the vial to a 60-degree angle and with even pressure, slowly retract the syringe stopper until you have extracted the desired amount of Winstrol V.
  
  Once the liquid is in the syringe, turn it upside down (so the needle points at the ceiling). Then slowly push on the plunger until you have expelled all of the air from the needle.

  Injection site on butt or shoulder
  
  Choose your injection site. Winstrol V requires an intramuscular injection site, and the body offers eight that you can use (see the photos). The most commonly used areas are the buttocks, thighs and shoulders. You must make certain not to hit a nerve or blood vessel, so make sure that you inject a very specific part of the muscle. Also, if your shoulders are not very muscular, don't inject Winstrol V into them. You should also rotate injection sites each time you inject Winstrol V to avoid the buildup of scar tissue (which makes the needle difficult to insert).
  
  
• 4). Prepare the injection site. Before you wipe down your injection site with isopropyl alcohol, you may first want to loosen up the muscle tissue and skin. You can do this by massaging the tissue or by applying a heating pad or hot compress to the area. Doing either of these will help prevent the buildup of scar tissue. You can minimize the pain of injection by using Winstrol V that is at room temperature.

  How to hold the syringe
  
  Inject the Winstrol V. To inject Winstrol V, first use your thumb and index finger to pinch together a 2 or 3-inch fold of skin. While holding the syringe like a pencil, poke through the skin quickly at a 90-degree angle and insert it the full length of the needle. Then slowly draw back on the plunger. If blood enters the syringe, you MUST withdraw the needle and try again, as injecting Winstrol V directly into the bloodstream can lead to serious medical complications.
  If no blood enters the syringe, push down on the plunger with slow, even pressure until you have expelled all of the liquid. Follow the same direction of entry and remove the needle. Hold an isopropyl-soaked cotton swab against the injection site. If bleeding occurs, apply a bandage and an antibacterial gel.
  Dispose of the syringe and cotton swabs in a proper puncture-proof container and take it to a disposal site that accepts biological waste.
