How to Mix Protein Shakes
- 1). Slice frozen banana into one inch thick slices and put them in the blender. Add soy milk and agave nectar to the blender and blend until completely smooth.
- 2). Add the vanilla whey protein to the shake and blend again for 30 seconds. Double the amount of whey protein for a more filling shake.
- 3). Depending on preference, add other flavors to your shake base and measure to taste. Fruits have natural sugars that will sweeten your shake, or add peanut butter for a more savory flavor.
