Fear can influence us to avoid those actions which could drastically improve our life for the better and is usually the main cause for failure to achieve our life goals.
Fear of the unknown and of possible discomfort lead us to make excuses and avoid such situation despite the logical part of our mind knowing that they would benefit us greatly.
Imagine if you could dispel with fear altogether and live your life to your full potential.
You would not be afraid to pursue your dreams and at the same time feel worthy of the riches, both spiritually and financially, that awaited.
You would not be afraid to love unconditionally, embrace life's opportunities and experience all that life has to offer.
We cannot totally eradicate fear as it is a necessary natural response which protects us from danger throughout our lives Fear actually serves us in many ways and in order to stop it from preventing us from reaching our goals and aspirations, we need to understand the causes of our fears so that we can reduce their limitations and progress along our chosen path.
Fear cannot physically restrain us from taking action without our permission.
When these feelings arise and they prevent us from taking positive action towards achieving our goals, we need to rationalize and diffuse the fear.
We need to take a step back from the threat we perceive and logically dissect the emotion.
This will result in a clearer understanding of the fear and can reveal preventative measures which we can use to lessen the risk.
Deep breathing and meditation can also aid in returning your physical and mental state to one allowing to rational thought.
These methods may at first seem like a lot of work, but once practiced become second nature and lead to positive habits which kick in automatically after time.
It is also important to bear in mind that once a fear is dispersed, your comfort zone increases and you will be able to cope with many other stresses much easier than before.
Life's challenges should be seen as just that, Challenges.
Rising to overcome challenges is a skill which can be developed and will enable us to raise our lives to greater heights of achievement.
