NO Xplode 2.0: Honest and Personal Pre-Workout Reviews (8/10)

2
I have recently finished my container of the new version of NO Xplode, and I can honestly say that the pro's and con's list hasn't really changed much from the original.
It's main purpose's include improving your energy, focus, strength, and endurance; and I must admit it performs very well on all fronts: in the beginning at least.
After using NO Xplode for about a month and a half, this is what I have to report.
A big boost in energy and focus to the point where I'd feel jittery and have straight up tunnel vision.
The focus involved is incredible actually, which is my favorite part of any pre-workout experience.
A noticeable increase in my endurance that would keep me going hard throughout the workout; but only until then.
As with the previous version, after leaving the gym I would feel a huge mental and physical crash that would make me want to snooze in my car.
Now, for me this wasn't a huge deal because I was working out in the evening, and so when I got home, I'd have my protein shake a pass out right after.
But if you're taking your pre-workout during the day sometime, then just be aware of this factor.
Not everyone experiences this, but I know several others that do.
Pros • Increases energy to the point of jitters (1.
5 scoops) • Focus becomes like tunnel vision • Endurance is notably improved • 5 grams of Creatine per serving (so you won't need to take it separately) Cons • the jittery feeling can definitely be a con for those who dislike it • I noticed a mental/physical crash following my workout • body seems to build tolerance fairly quickly I arrived at 8/10 for NO Xplode because for the most part, it is an incredibly powerful supplement.
This can be a drawback for some people though who aren't looking for the jitters.
The crash also takes some points off its score.
Another thing to mention is how quickly my tolerance seemed to build to their formula.
I started off with 1 scoop, and for a week that was plenty.
As of week 2 however, I started to need more than just 1 to feel the effects; moving up to 2-3 scoops.
Just something to keep in mind when looking at the price.
In the end, NO Xplode 2.
0 is still one of the top pre-workout supplement choices; especially for someone who likes the powerful effects.
I would warn beginners to be cautious if using it for the first time.
A good choice for someone serious about body building that wants to improve their results.
Keep that crash in mind because if you do work out in the day, the rest of your afternoon could be a very long one.
On the opposite end of that spectrum however, is that some people report not being able to sleep at night if they take it too late.
I believe this would be more for people who were just looking for an energy boost before a "lighter" workout and they didn't get to the point of burning off the effects of NO Xplode.
In the past month and a half, I never once had trouble falling asleep; even the opposite.
Trying to stay awake long enough to get my protein shake in before passing out.
A pre-workout supplement that is not to be trifled with, to say in the least.
Thank you for reading, and good luck choosing your next pre-workout supplement!
