Follow these steps to get your started on your body fat loss journey: 1.
  Eat Better
Ask any personal trainer, and they'll tell you the same thing: flat, toned bellies aren't made in the gym, they're made in the kitchen.
In order to look toned, body fat percentage must be decreased.
It's a no-brainer -- eat healthy, no-fat or low-fat foods, and you'll be well on your way.
For best results, eat 6-8 times per day, but eat smaller, healthier meals.
This will increase your metabolism and make it easier to burn the fat.

Do Cardio
This may seem all too obvious, but in order to lose fat, you need to burn calories.
There are many ways to go about this.
