iPod Function

• 1). Activate your iPhone with a licensed wireless service carrier, and then register it with the iTunes network.
  
  
• 2). Download audio files from iTunes. You can do this one of two ways. You can download music, podcasts, audiobooks and videos using the iTunes Store on your phone, or download them using the iTunes Store on your home computer. You must have an active account, which requires a credit card, to purchase audio files.
  
  
• 3). Connect your iPhone to your computer with the USB cord if you are using the iTunes Store on your computer.
  
  
• 4). Form Playlists in iTunes and sync them to your iPhone using the sync button in iTunes.
  
  
• 5). Disconnect your iPhone from the computer once it has completed the sync process. Press the iPod application icon on your iPhone's home screen.
  
  
• 6). Select from "Playlists", "Artists" or "Songs" in the iPod app, or select "More" to choose from videos, audiobooks or podcasts.
  
  
• 7). Press the play button on the iPod's touchscreen. Audio will play through the speakers on the bottom edge of the phone if you do not have headphones plugged into the headphone port.
