These experts want you t eat 7-8 times a day, and they also seem to want you to workout for up to fifteen hours a week.
How absurd.

Most people that work out are simply wasting valuable time, I know it's probably not what you want to hear but it is simple truth.
In addition, most people who follow a particular exercise regimen are not getting the results that they deserve, given the amount of effort put forth.

You must workout, that's no doubt, but 7 minutes is about right.
If your a bodybuilder already, a simple 14 minutes is all that is needed.
