How to Make a Playlist on a Disc
- 1). Create the playlist. In Windows Media Player, drag songs from the library into the box on the right side of the screen marked “Untitled Playlist.” Click the upside-down triangle next to "Untitled Playlist" to select “Rename Playlist” and type in a name for your list.
- 2). Drag songs from the library and drop them into the playlist.
- 3). Repeat until your selected songs are on the playlist. Look on the left side of the screen under the “Playlist” heading to ensure that your songs are listed.
- 4). Select “Burn” in the file menu or from a toolbar along the top of the playlist box. Drag your playlist from the left side of the screen and drop it in the burn list.
- 5). Insert a blank CD. Format it if you're prompted. Select “Record” or “Burn” to create the CD. Finalize the disc after burning if it isn't done already. Test the new CD.
