Instructions For Titebond
- 1). Sand the wood in preparation for gluing. Focus on the edges, corners, and any rough surfaces that you wish to glue since these will be a bit harder to sand once the glue hardens and dries.
- 2). Apply a generous amount of Titebond wood glue between the two pieces of wood you wish to join. Enough glue should be used so that a small amount of excess is squeezed out between the two pieces when pressed together.
- 3). Clamp your glued wood together using a C-clamp, bar-clamp, or hand-screw clamp.
- 4). Wipe off any excess Titebond glue with a damp cloth. Allow the glued wood to dry for at least 24 hours before removing the clamps.
- 5). Sand off any additional glue that may have dried on the surface of the wood using a fine-grit sandpaper.
