The key is to not let the guide you are using become your limitation.
You must break free and blaze your own greatness.
We have all heard that in order to be a good leaders, we have to be a good follower, right? I too agree with that.
What find is that when people use this as their mantra, they wind up falling into a pattern of limitation.
Let me explain, I hope I can do a good enough job to explain my thoughts.
Following someone that is leading, that is moving forward, and they are on a continuous upward growth curve is and outstanding way to help shorten your personal success timeline.
There does come a moment, when you need to break the mold and become your own leaders, your own personal teacher.
How do you do that? Great question.
It begins with you taking all that you have learned and all that you have acquired and starting to present it with your personal characteristic.
Now DO NOT present someone else's material as your own, besides being wrong, Karma will find you and, well...
lets just leave it as that.
If you do use others materials with your personal twist, you can reference them, you can share how that person impacted your life, and what it now means to you that information, and how you interpreted it for your life.
I can not think of a time that you will not be looking to other great people to follow, I can't think of a time that not following the ideas of others would ever make sense.
I would suggest that you begin to follow your own growth, and reflect on the topics you have shared, how your beliefs in certain things have matured or changed or been challenged.
To enhance your leadership skills, means that you are always looking how you bring more value, how what you share gives people the ideas to move themselves.
Leadership requires you to be on a quest for you to be moving towards your goal, a goal that others see a valuable.
Your style of leadership is important, its necessary and its needed.
The question is when are you going to give it, when are you going to develop it so that others can benefit from it.
I would suggest that you begin today, you begin now and know that what you have to offer, there are 1000's upon 1000's out there that are looking for your exact kind of leadership.
