How to Install Amorf Frost
- 1). Clean the edges of a window with a single edge razor blade to remove any paint on the window.
- 2). Spray window cleaner on the glass and wipe it with paper towels to remove any residues and allow the window frosting to adhere.
- 3). Measure the length and width of the window. Add 1 inch to each measurement and transfer these measurements to the paper backing on the Amorf Frost.
- 4). Cut the window frosting out on the pencil lines with scissors.
- 5). Pour water into a spray bottle and spray the window so it is damp.
- 6). Peel the paper backing off the Amorf Frost and center the top over the top of the window. Press the shiny side against the window top. Slide the enclosed plastic squeegee over the top in one corner and smooth out any wrinkles across to the other side.
- 7). Pull the window frosting down and lightly stick it to the remainder of the window. Smooth all bubbles and wrinkles out applying medium force with the squeegee. Work from the center of the window outward to smooth the film into place.
- 8). Cut the excess window frosting from the edges of the window with a utility knife and resmooth the edges.
