4 Simple Daily Practices For Your Inner Wisdom

Do it as soon as you open your eyes in the morning " I love myself because...
I get up today ".
Speak loudly if it is possible or, if it is not possible, say it to yourself.
Do this as many times as you can and wish.
Try playing this game a few days and you will see the number of times you can say "I love myself because...
" before an action.
3) For your inner air element: be conscious of your balance, your alignment, your presence.
Do not walk away from your inner wisdom, do not lose yourself into the world.
Always keep some focus on your feelings, your breathing and the flexibility of your body.
4) For your inner earth element: you can slow the movements of your body.
Avoid any tense moves.
You can also do this with your words: Speak slowly, think about what you want to say before you speak, ask yourself as often as possible " Why do I want or need to say this, is it useful, loving and with a good intention? If the answer is yes, then express yourself with confidence.
