How to Use Windows Remote Assistance Without MSN
- 1). Click on the "Start" button and select "Programs."
- 2). Scroll down to the "Maintenance" program and open "Windows Remote Assistance."
- 3). Select "Invite Someone you Trust to Help You" and then click on "Use E-mail to Send Invitation."
- 4). Enter a password, note it down somewhere safe and then press "Next."
- 5). Send the email to the person you're requesting help from, inform him of the password you chose and wait for him to accept the invitation.
