Are you tired of not having a body you know you deserve? Would you like to finally get a nice set of abs you can show off this summer? Are you willing to make a change that will give you more confidence than ever before? If you answered yes to any of these questions I want you to know that I can help you out.
I'd like to share with you 5 tips that I use to continually get the body of my dreams.
Tip #1- The first tip is what you need to do to get motivated.
I am sure right now you're overwhelmed with all of the things you may have to do.
When you're overwhelmed you're more likely to procrastinate and never get started.
This is why it's important to write down all of the things you have to do and make a plan of attack.
If you don't have a place to work out you need to sign up for a gym.
If you don't have healthy food you need to find some meal plans online and go buy the food.
See how easy it is once you break it down? Tip #2- The next tip is to make sure you're starting to eat healthy.
Eating healthy for me is one of the hardest things I can do.
In fact it's even more difficult for me than working out for an hour per day.
So when you first start out make sure you start out slowly.
What I would do is try and eat one healthy meal each day for a week.
Then the next week eat 2 healthy meals each day for a week.
Then the next week add to it and so forth.
The next thing you know you're eating the recommended 5-6 small meals each day.
Tip #3- The next tip to watch the pounds drop of is to quit drinking soda.
I've personally seen people lose 10 pounds or more in one month by drinking water instead of unhealthy drinks.
What most people fail to realize is that water actually doesn't contain any calories.
You can drink it all day long (not recommended) and you'll never gain weight.
The other benefit of water is the refreshing feeling that it gives you.
You'll no longer have to worry about drinking coffee because nothing does a better job than water.
Tip #4- The next tip is to make sure you're doing the right workout routine.
If you ever want to see your abs you're going to have to burn a lot of calories.
The only way you can do this is by working out.
Remember that the more you workout and the harder you push yourself the more weight you're going to lose.
It's up to you to determine how fast you go and for how long.
Tip #5- The last tip is to stay positive during the whole process.
You'll have weeks where you might lose 7 pounds.
Then you'll have weeks where you'll gain a few extra pounds when you thought you should've lost.
That's kind of the way it works unfortunately.
Just make sure you stay on the path and remember the end goal you have in mind.
If you picture yourself walking around this summer with a nice looking, healthy body you'll hit your goal.
