We spend more time at work than we do engaged in activities that stimulate our imagination and satisfy our soul's craving for satisfaction.
But did you know that if you were not doing what you were uniquely gifted and created to do, you could be keeping someone else hostage? The presence of a gift (or talent) is the tangible proof of a need waiting to be filled by YOU.
Think of the last time you bought a gift for someone special.
You (hopefully) thought of what they would enjoy, then you thought of how useful the gift will be to them in their everyday lives.
Well, the Creator of the Universe has done the same thing with you.

The evidence is in my drawing.
My son always laughs at my attempts to draw.
His drawings resemble objects we see in everyday life while mine look like stick men with heads.
We are all as different as snow flakes.
With this diversity comes a kaleidoscope of talents that appeal to a variety of audiences.
Do you know how to use your natural aptitude, talents and abilities to achieve your work?

An excellent performer has the world as a platform to capture the attention of others.
What do you excel at? What do you do so naturally that others ask for your help in this area? What do you do so easily that you don't think it is much of a big deal?
  4. The worker is worthy of his wages.
A New Testament truth that confirms the validity of earning a wage from your work.
The more you use your unique gifts and traits, the better you become.
The more you fill a need, the more you earn.
Your good work is profitable not only to those you provide a service to but it is profitable to you as well.
  5. A wise man suggested that a man can do nothing better than to eat and drink and find satisfaction in his work.
He felt that this was a gift from GOD.
If you are not satisfied with your work, then ask yourself: Do I use what I am gifted at daily? If not you are missing out on the greatest gift of job satisfaction.
