McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant

• Seafood is the signature dish at McCormick & Schmicks Seafood restaurant. Guests can expect to dine on more than 30 varieties of fresh fish, including Alaska halibut and New Zealand Grouper. Menus are printed twice daily to reflect the day's fresh catch. Steaks are also among about 80 dishes typically featured on the menu. The restaurant was named as "Best Seafood Restaurant" by several publications, including the Orlando Sentinel. Entrees are priced between $15 and $25. The Steakhouse

• The Steakhouse boasts an upscale atmosphere where guests dine on fine steaks. Specialties include the angus roast prime rib of beef and pork porterhouse. An extensive vintage wine selection pairs well with entree choices. Entrees are priced between $25 and $40. Hours of operations are 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday; 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays; 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturdays; and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

The Deli

• Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Deli serves as a casual dining option for Harrah's guests. The American traditional restaurant features large booths and a vintage atmosphere rich with mahogany woodwork and a copper ceiling. Specialties include classic kettle-cooked soups, salads, overstuffed sandwiches, grilled sandwiches and desserts. Entrees are priced between and $5 and $15. Hours of operation are 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Monday through Friday; 11:30 a.m. to midnight Saturday; and 11:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. Sundays.

Waterfront Buffet

• The Waterfront Buffet serves entrees, appetizers and desserts inspired by nine diverse destinations around the world. Guests may choose from American, Italian, Brazilian, Asian and Coastal courses. Sushi, Dim Sum and salads also are featured. With 640 seats, the restaurant accommodates large numbers of guests. Prices for the buffet range from $15 to $25, depending on the time of day and day of the week. Hours of operation are noon to 9 p.m. Mondays; 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays; noon to 9 p.m. Thursdays; 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Fridays; 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays; and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays.
