  Kimpton owns and operates more than 50 hotels and just as many restaurants located all across the United States. California is its most popular market, with 12 hotels and restaurants in the state. But Kimpton also has a large presence in the Boston area with three hotels. Two are located in the Boston city limits and one is just outside the city in Cambridge.
  
  

Onyx Hotel

• The Onyx hotel is located in historic downtown Boston near many popular destinations like Bunker Hill, TD Garden and the Freedom Trail. The four-star hotel features 112 guest rooms and suites. Each room features Internet access, a fully-stocked bar, essential travel items that you may have forgotten and a complimentary morning newspaper. Onyx is also pet-friendly. The hotel hosts an evening wine hour in its lobby living room and features a 24-hour fitness center.
  
  

Nine Zero Hotel

• The Nine Zero hotel is located in the Ladder District of downtown Boston, near Logan International Airport, the Quincy Market and the Broadway Theater. Also a four-star hotel, Nine Zero features many of the same amenities and services as Onyx, including an evening wine hour, complimentary morning newspaper and Internet access. The hotel is also pet-friendly. In addition to a 24-hour fitness center, Nine Zero also features an on-site 24-hour business center. Another feature different from the Onyx is an on-site restaurant called KO Prime, a traditional steakhouse open for breakfast, brunch, dinner and late-night drinks at the bar.
  
  

Hotel Marlowe

• The Hotel Marlowe is located in Cambridge, just across the Charles River overlooking downtown Boston. The four-diamond boutique hotel is designed for upscale travelers. Many of the 236 guest rooms overlook the Boston skyline. Hotel Marlowe features many of the same amenities as Onxy and Nine Zero, such as an evening wine hour, fitness room and Internet access. Like the other Kimpton hotels in Boston, Hotel Marlowe is also pet-friendly. An American brasserie restaurant called Bambara is located adjacent to the hotel, and it offers 24-hour room service to Hotel Marlowe guests.
