Popular menu items include the Hawaiian barbecue sandwich, which consists of grilled chicken, roasted ham, Hawaiian barbecue sauce, aged Swiss cheese and fresh pineapple. Another favorite is the Caribbean jerk sandwich which is made up of grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, hot banana peppers and a spicy jerk sauce.
