Three Simple and Effective Steps to a Better Feeling Place

39
Life Will Always Be Working Out for Me...
In these days of economic uncertainty where many people have lost their jobs, depleted their finances, have businesses that have slowed, find themselves in conflict with their spouses because of the the rising financial tensions, etc.
, it is always nice to take a moment to quiet the whirlwind that spins out of control in our mind.
Filling our minds with positive affirmations and spending time in a state where we can daydream, much like a child does, is of tremendous benefit.
In this place we can escape the madness and tell ourselves a better feeling story.
It shifts our vibration to one of hope, if only for the moment.
It might be good to remember that life is a series of moments.
Carpe diem! (Seize the moment!) I was having a discussion the other day with a friend of mine.
He told me that people operate mostly out of a fear of loss.
I suggested that people make decisions because of the hope of gain.
He proceeded to tell me that it was the same thing, different perspective.
My reply was that it is a totally different place of feeling.
Hope is a much better place than fear and brings with it greater peace of mind and ultimately an expectation of a better experience.
Expectation is ultimately the key.
If 'The Law of Attraction' responds to that we focus upon, then it is vitally important that we focus on hope rather than fear and despair.
It is so very easy to go down that slippery slope of fear in difficult times.
Here are a couple of things you can do to help to move yourself into a state of hope and eventually expectation.
1.
Create affirmations or print out those of others that resonate with you and post them in places where you will see them.
Read them daily.
Read them several times a day.
How long? Forever isn't too long, is it? This activity programs your mind for success and creates that shift your seeking.
2.
Associate with people that are positive and having fun, go for a walk and appreciate the clouds, the trees, the animals or even the sidewalk below your feet that keeps your sneakers from becoming muddy.
Having fun is one of the greatest diversions that there is to hopelessness and despair.
Believe it or not sometimes you have to force yourself to have fun.
It will actually feel weird but do it anyway.
It's good for you.
If you are going to be envious of anyone in life, be envious of those who know how to have fun.
Having fun helps to release the resistance that keeps us in a state of mind that holds us back from experiencing the life we want, if only for that moment.
Life is moment to moment.
Before long the moments become longer and low and behold we become like that frog who fell into a barrel of cream and paddled and paddled until he turned the cream into butter and happily jumped out to a happier existence.
3.
Listen to upbeat music or music that has no association to people, places or events in your life that are a part of your unproductive thinking process.
If you are going through a tough time because of a relationship that has gone South, for heaven's sake don't turn on Delila with all of the romantic music.
Turn on the Classics or Jazz or New Age Music.
It is said that when you listen to music you are the closest to God, Source, All That Is.
We'll discuss why that is at a later time.
Here is an amazing affirmation that has been excerpted from Money and the Law of Attraction: Learning to Attract Health, Wealth and Happiness" by Esther and Jerry Hicks.
Hope it resonates with you.
"I like understanding that things are always evolving, and while there are many things that could be better where I am, it is not really a problem because "where I am" is constantly changing to something better.
I like knowing that as I look for the best things around me where I am, those things become more prevalent in my experience.
It is fun to know that things are always working out for me, and as I watch for the evidence of that...
I see more evidence of that every day.
" Go have some fun today...
