20 Brix is a well-established local wine bar and restaurant in Cincinnati. According to the 20 Brix website, the chef, Paul Barraco, believes in "utilizing regional produce by supporting local farmers and vendors." The dinner menu offers a range of options that utilize these local ingredients, including the 20 Brix Burger, steak frites, crab cakes and fried chicken. If you're not starving, 20 Brix also offers smaller plates, salads and bistro-style pizzas. The menu includes scallops and duck breast and the wine menu is worth mentioning as well. 20 Brix offers over one hundred wines by the bottle or the glass, as well as liquor and beer.

Cincinnati Magazine's review of Local 127 says, "Local 127 stays true to its name, delivering delightfully fresh dishes." Local 127 focuses on American food, offering guests dishes such as "House Made Gnocchi with Mushrooms, Spinach and Parmesan Cream" to "Grass Fed Burger with White Cheddar, Red Onions and Thousand Island." The menu even lists the farms and gardens from which the chef purchases all the ingredients. Local 127 has a dessert menu as well which offers carmelised apricots, cheesecake, dark chocolate pudding and buttermilk panna cotta.

Rated the number one fine-dining restaurant in Cincinnati on Urbanspoon as of August, 2010, Nada is a higher-end Mexican restaurant that offers inexpensive appetizers and drinks as well as reasonably-priced entrees. The food is contemporary Mexican, but the ingredients are fresh and local. The appetizers include classics such as Mexican mac 'n cheese and chicken taquitos, as well as a few more adventurous options like oyster shooter and Nada sliders. As for entrees, Nada specializes in tacos, so there is a wide range from which to choose, from grilled chicken to mahi mahi to shrimp.
